Thoughtful & Knowledgeable
He cares about the people he works with & takes time to get to know them. He has done more than any builder would do after we moved in. He’s always been available for us and has top quality people working for him. Mark has high integrity and standards. We would definitely build another home with him and his team.

always available for a question
Mark built me a beautiful home that I feel very comfortable in. From our initial meeting, he suggested changes to my drawings that I wouldn’t have thought of. He has very high standards for his crew. They were always careful, very nice, and left the site neat. Did I mention he came in under estimated cost? And he’ll still take care of you after it’s built!

I always refer him to folks and put my name on it
Very quality build, and we were able to get all our selections within his budgeted amounts. Excellent communicator and kept us very comfortable all the way through the process. He stands behind his work, and his follow-up and continued attention to detail is 2nd to none. Always responsive, even on the smallest of needs. A true “hand shake” gentleman. A complete, quality builder with many satisfied homeowners.

we made the right choice
From start to finish, we really enjoyed working with Mark and his entire team. He never cuts corners. He stayed on schedule and budget. Any changes were on me, and he was flexible (I had some difficult requests). We love our home and know we made the right decision going with Mark Emery. His communication went way beyond move in too. 3 years out and I still think we made the right choice.
